IMTVHS (pierribariloche@imtvhs.gob.ar)<\/li><li>Presentar en el IMTVHS (24 de septiembre 12) la documentaci\u00f3n personal y las pruebas que acrediten la ocupaci\u00f3n y posesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, pac\u00edfica y continua del inmueble con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2006.<\/li><li>Recibir la visita t\u00e9cnica y social del Municipio.<\/li><li>Abonar el costo de la Carta Documento de notificaci\u00f3n al titular del inmueble y el valor de la publicaci\u00f3n del edicto en un diario local.<\/li><li>Si no se presentan oposiciones: abonar el costo del informe pericial de mensura y recibir la visita del agrimensor que llevar\u00e1 a cabo los trabajos de mensura.<\/li><li>Aguardar el aviso del IMTVHS para realizar la firma del Acta de Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial, que se va a inscribir en el Registro de la Propiedad (previo pago del Acta y del 1% del valor fiscal).<\/li><li>Transcurridos los 10 a\u00f1os desde el otorgamiento del Acta, tramitar la escritura de dominio del
